Using of Prota 50mg Injection can cause few side effects such as decreasing your blood pressure, slow heart rate, or reactions at the site of injection. It is important to monitor the clotting levels if you are receiving multiple doses or prolonged administration of protamine.
Prota 50mg Injection is used to counteract the anticoagulant effect of heparin and is used to stop bleeding in patients caused by heparin.
Protamine sulfate has a rapid onset of action. Neutralization of heparin occurs within 5 minutes.
