Pymolar 250mg Suspension is an antihelmintic medication. It works by binding to the muscle and nerve cells of worms, causing their paralysis. The worms are unable to move and are cleared naturally in stool.
Pyrantel pamoate is poorly absorbed from the intestine; more than 85% of the dose is passed unaltered in feces. The absorbed portion is metabolized and excreted in urine. It is usually effective in a single dose.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
