Razel-F5 Forte Tablet has some side effects like headache, nausea, weakness, muscle pain, and stomach pain. These side effects are mild and may subside by themselves. Consult your doctor if these side effects last for a long time or become severe. Avoid consuming alcohol while taking this medicine as it may cause liver damage. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it.Razel Razel-F5 Forte Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take the dose as prescribed by your doctor. Take it regularly at the same time for the ease of remembering. Never take more than the prescribed dose. Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor as it may increase the lipid (fat) levels in your body.
