It may also cause dizziness, so do not drive or operate machinery until you know how this medicine affects you.
Sermion 30mg Tablet works by constricting (narrowing) these blood vessels, thereby relieving the migraine headaches. Sermion 30mg Tablet decreases vascular resistance and increases arterial blood flow, improving the utilization of oxygen and glucose by the blood vessels as well as other areas of the body. It also prevents platelet aggregation which coagulates the blood excessively, giving rise to blood clots and interfering with the blood circulation. Additionally it has antioxidant properties that enhance healing in Raynaud’s disease.
Nicergoline administered orally is rapidly and almost completely absorbed from the gut and is rapidly hydrolysed to an alcohol derivative, 1-methyl-10 alpha-methoxy-9,10-dihydrolysergol (MMDL), which is further N-demethylated to form 10 alpha-methoxy-9,10-dihydrolysergol (MDL).
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
