Pharmacokinets

There is no significant effect of food on the pharmacokinetics of solifenacin. Solifenacin is approximately 98% (in vivo) bound to human plasma proteins, principally to ∝1-acid glycoprotein. Solifenacin is highly distributed to non-CNS tissues, having a mean steady-state volume of distribution of 600L.

Interactions

Some products that may interact with this drug include: pramlintide, potassium tablets/capsules. Other medications can affect the removal of solifenacin from your body, which may affect how solifenacin works. Examples include certain azole antifungals (such as itraconazole, ketoconazole), mifepristone, among others.
