If you have a stomach or intestinal perforation.
If you have a heart rhythm disorder such as QTc prolongation. Regular monitoring is required for people who are at risk.
If you are diagnosed with liver failure due to medications.
If you are currently expecting or planning to get pregnant.

Sorafenib is indicated for the treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma and advanced renal cell carcinoma. Drug-Drug Interaction: SORAFENIB may have interaction with anti-cancer medicine (Sorafenib and Paclitaxel), antibiotics (Neomycin), anti-seizure medicine (carbamazepine, phenytoin), an antacid (Omeprazole).
Drug-Food Interaction: The absorption of SORAFENIB gets reduced in presence of food. This is why it is suggested to take SORAFENIB on an empty stomach or 1 or 2 hours after a meal. Additionally, an individual should avoid grapefruit juice as it may increase the amount of drug in the bloodstream.
Drug-Disease Interaction: Do not take SORAFENIB if you have squamous cell lung cancer.
