Sucol Injection temporarily paralyse muscles by blocking the connection between neurons and muscles. This relaxes the muscles.
Succinylcholine is rapidly metabolized by plasma cholinesterase in the bloodstream to succinylmonocholine, which is then further hydrolyzed (albeit more slowly) to succinic acid and choline. Approximately 10% of an administered dose is excreted unchanged in the urine.

There isn't enough data to indicate whether or not this medicine goes into breast milk. It's true. It is recommended that you do not breastfeed for at least 24 hours after taking Suxamethonium Chloride.
Succinylcholine chloride is indicated as an adjunct to general anesthesia, to facilitate tracheal intubation, and to provide skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery or mechanical ventilation.
Succinylcholine chloride binds to nicotinic receptors at the neuromuscular junction and opening the ligand-gated channels in the same way as acetylcholine, resulting in depolarization and inhibition of neuromuscular transmission.

On the label and the carton, the expiration date is printed. The month is indicated by the first two digits, while the year of expiration is shown by the remaining digits. After the expiration date on the carton and label, do not use this medicine. The expiration date refers to the month's last day.
Store at a temperature between 2° and 8°C

A: Suxamethonium can cause cardiac arrest and dysrhythmias. Ventricular dysrhythmias are uncommon in the absence of hyperkalaemia, while individuals taking cardiac glycosides are at higher risk. Suxamethonium's effect on the heart can result in alterations in cardiac rhythm, including cardiac arrest.
