Sufrate Oro Dental Cream is for external use only. You should use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. The affected area should be clean and dry before application. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying this medicine. Use it regularly to get the most benefit from it. Do not use more than you need as it will not clear your condition faster and some side effects may be increased.


If your condition goes on for longer than four weeks or gets worse at any time, let your doctor know. You can help this medicine work better by keeping the affected areas clean, making sure they are dry, and washing your hands before and after treating the infection.


Some common side effects include burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the site of application. If the side effects bother you or do not go away, let your doctor know. They may be able to suggest ways to reduce them.

Mechanism Of Action

Sufrate Oro Dental Cream forms a coating over the affected area (burn/wound) or any other raw surface. This creates a physical barrier that protects the burn/wound//raw surface from getting irritated or any other injury, allowing it to heal. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that relieves the symptoms of inflammation such as pain, redness or itching.


Pharmacokinets

Pharmacokinetics. Only 3–5% of an oral dose of sucralfate is absorbed and this is excreted unchanged in urine within 48 h. The remainder of the drug is excreted in feces within 48 h.

Contra Indications
