Tada 20mg Tablet may be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal. It should be strictly taken as advised by your doctor. The medicine will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. You should take it about one hour before you plan to have sex. The amount of time it takes to work varies from person to person, but it normally takes between 30 minutes and one hour. Only take it if you need it and it has been prescribed to you by a doctor.
The most common side effects of this medicine are flushing, headache, blurred vision, muscle pain, stomach upset, and rash. Talk to your doctor if the side effects bother you or will not go away.
This medicine is not intended for use by women and men should avoid using any other medicines to treat impotence without talking to a doctor. It can be dangerous to take it along with medicines called nitrates (often given for chest pain). Do not take this medicine if you have severe heart or liver problems, if you have recently had a stroke or heart attack or if you have low blood pressure. Let your doctor know if you suffer from these or any other health problems before taking it. You should not drive if this medicine makes you feel dizzy. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can lead to side effects.
Tada 20mg Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitors. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis. This allows blood to flow into the penis and produce an erection when sexually aroused. This medicine will only help get an erection if you are sexually stimulated.
Tadalafil exerts a therapeutic effect in ED by increasing sexual stimulation-dependant smooth muscle relaxation in the penis, allowing the corpus cavernosum to fill with blood to produce an erection.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Tada 20mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Tada 20mg Tablet.

Tadalafil (Cialis) is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED, impotence; inability to get or keep an erection), and the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH; an enlarged prostate) which include difficulty urinating (hesitation, dribbling, weak stream, and incomplete bladder emptying), painful urination, and urinary frequency and urgency in adult men.
Angina drugs (nitrates).
High blood pressure or prostate drugs (alpha-blockers).
Certain HIV drugs.
Oral antifungal drugs.
Antibiotics.
Other erectile dysfunction (ED) drugs.
Other pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) drugs.
Stomach acid drugs.
Do not chew, crush or break it. Tada 20mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Store below 30°C
If you miss a dose of Tada 20mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

You have been prescribed Tada 20mg Tablet for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But, you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.
Do not take it more than once a day.
It may also be used for treating the urinary symptoms of an enlarged prostate gland (benign prostatic hyperplasia).
It may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
Avoid drinking alcohol as it can reduce your ability to get an erection and can make dizziness worse.
Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse.
Do not use Tada 20mg Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain), if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months, or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tada 20mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Q. Can the use of Tada 20mg Tablet affect fertility?
No, using Tada 20mg Tablet does not affect fertility. It works by relaxing the muscles of penile blood vessels and has no effect on fertility.
Q. Do I need to avoid alcohol while taking Tada 20mg Tablet?
Alcohol in small amounts may not cause any discomfort to you. However, drinking too much alcohol (5 units or greater) can increase your chances of getting a headache or feeling dizzy, increased heart rate or low blood pressure.
Q. Does Tada 20mg Tablet delay ejaculation?
No, Tada 20mg Tablet is not known to affect ejaculation. It is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
Q. What are the symptoms that should prompt me to discontinue Tada 20mg Tablet?
You should immediately consult your doctor if you experience sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, sudden decrease in hearing or hearing loss, ringing in ears and dizziness. Also, contact your doctor if you experience prolonged erections greater than 4 hours and painful erections greater than 6 hours in duration.
