It is for external use only and always use gloves while using it, especially when applying to another person. You should apply it on a dry and clean skin and do not cover the affected area with clothes. You should not use it if you have an open wound on the skin. In case of accidental contact with the eyes, mouth, or nose, wash it off immediately with plenty of water.
It may cause side effects such as itching, numbness, tingling or pricking sensation, and dry skin, etc. If any of these effects bother you then its better to consult the doctor. You must not take alcohol while using this medicine as it may increase your side effects.
Before using it, you should inform doctor if you are suffering from any severe disease like heart, or any mental disorders, seizures or fits. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult the doctor before using this medicine.
Sulfiram belongs to the class of medications called as antiscabies agents. It acts by killing the mites causing scabies thereby preventing the infection.
sulfiram is an orally administered drug with standard doses ranging from 250–500 mg daily and a maximum recommended daily dose of 500 mg [3,26]. Following oral disulfiram intake, 80–90% of the dose is absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract [27,28].

sulfiram is contraindicated absolutely in patients with significant coronary artery disease or heart failure. Cases of heart failure and death have occurred in patients with severe myocardial disease shortly after the initiation of sulfiram.
Tetnosoap Medicated Soap is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

These effects include flushing of the face, headache, nausea, vomiting, chest pain, weakness, blurred vision, mental confusion, sweating, choking, breathing difficulty, and anxiety.
SULFIRAM interacts with anti-seizure drugs (phenytoin), anti-asthma drugs (theophylline), blood thinners (warfarin, dicumarol), anti-tuberculosis drugs (rifampicin, isoniazid), sedatives (chlordiazepoxide, diazepam), antipsychotics (pimozide), anti-depressants (amitriptyline), mental health drugs (chlorpromazine), and antimicrobial drugs (metronidazole).

Take a warm bath and apply the medicated soap all over the body especially in folded areas of the skin. Pat dry with a towel.
Preferably use at night before going to bed.
Do not let Tetnosoap Medicated Soap come in contact with your mouth or eyes. If it comes rinse with plain water immediately.
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any allergic reactions.
Continue using Tetnosoap Medicated Soap till the infection is completely cleared.
Follow up with your doctor after 1 week of treatment.
As a precautionary measure, wash your clothing and bed sheets frequently after use.
