Xtra Cream works by blocking the effect of cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes which make chemical prostaglandins at sites of injury or damage, causing pain, swelling and inflammation. It eases pain and reduces inflammation. This medicine should not be given during pregnancy or to mothers that are breastfeeding.

When using aceclofenac to relieve pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis, you should: consider that aceclofenac is now contraindicated in patients with established: ischaemic heart disease. peripheral arterial disease.Hypersensitivity to aceclofenac Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, aceclofenac Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
