Zambri 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but, it is better to take it in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. In case, you have missed any dose than it is better to take another one as soon as you remember it.
Dizziness may occur as its side effect, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus. You may also have other side effects like, headache, palpitations, breathlessness, runny nose, feeling sick, diarrhea or fatigue. Zambri 5mg Tablet is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This narrowing increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs.
Pharmacokinetics were evaluated in sixteen children treated with ambrisentan from 2.5 mg to 10.0 mg; the mean peak plasma concentration was 738 ± 452 ng/ml, mean time to peak plasma concentration was 3.2 ± 2.1 hours, and mean area under the curve plasma concentration was 6657 ± 4246 ng·hour/ml.

Ambrisentan is indicated for treatment of idiopathic ('primary') pulmonary arterial hypertension (IPAH) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) associated with connective tissue disease in patients with WHO functional class II or III symptoms.
